This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when you access or use the websites, applications, products, and services provided by Imagination Soft (“Services”). It forms part of the terms governing your use of the Services.

We may report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

Violence, Terrorism, and Dangerous Organizations

You may not use the Services to:

  • Threaten, promote, glorify, or incite violence or physical harm.
  • Support, recruit for, praise, or provide material assistance to terrorist, extremist, or violent criminal organizations.
  • Create or distribute graphic content intended primarily to shock, glorify suffering, or celebrate real-world violence.
  • Provide instructions intended to enable the construction or use of weapons for unlawful harm.

Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You may not use the Services to attack, threaten, intimidate, shame, or harass a person or group. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

Protected characteristics include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and serious medical conditions.

Sexual Content and Non-Consensual Intimate Content

You may not use the Services to create or distribute:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content where prohibited by the Service.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content.
  • Sexual content depicting or appearing to depict a minor.
  • Content that sexually exploits, coerces, or traffics another person.

Self-Harm and Dangerous Conduct

You may not use the Services to promote, encourage, or provide instructions for suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges. Supportive, preventative, educational, and recovery-focused discussions may be permitted.

Privacy and Personal Data

You may not use the Services to:

  • Share another person’s sensitive personal information without authorization.
  • Stalk, monitor, track, or identify a person without a lawful basis.
  • Collect, process, or disclose personal data in violation of privacy or data protection laws.

Parody, satire, and fictional content must not be presented in a way that is likely to cause harmful confusion.

Intellectual Property

You may not use the Services to infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. You must have all rights and permissions required for content you upload, generate, edit, or distribute.

Malware and Service Abuse

You may not:

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Probe, scan, test, bypass, or compromise the security of the Services or another system.
  • Gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, networks, or devices.
  • Interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the Services.
  • Use automated means to scrape, extract, or access the Services except where expressly permitted.
  • Circumvent usage limits, safety systems, access controls, or content filters.

Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content

When using AI-powered features, you remain responsible for your prompts, inputs, generated outputs, and how you use or distribute them. You may not use AI features to create prohibited content, bypass safeguards, mislead others about material facts, or violate another person’s rights.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You should review outputs before relying on or publishing them and provide disclosures where required by law or platform rules.

We may review or investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including:

  • Restricting access to certain features.
  • Suspending or terminating accounts or access to the Services.

  • Reporting conduct to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
